Police arrested Thursday evening four people suspected of spraying insecticide on guests at a wedding in the Beduin village of Rahat.
The motive for the attack was unknown.
Some 50 people at the event were affected, nearly half of whom had to be evacuated to Soroka Hospital in Beersheba.
