Police gather sufficient evidence against former finance minister

Police have gathered enough evidence to try former finance minister Avraham Hirschson on various allegations including breach of trust, fraud and theft, Police Investigations and Intelligence Division Chief Cmdr. Yochanan Danino announced on Sunday.
Hirschson had earlier denied reports that he ignored embezzlement of funds from NILI, a non-profit group affiliated with the National Labor Union, while he was chairman.
