The Justice Ministry announced Tuesday evening that it was opening a criminal investigation into Prime Miniser Ehud Olmert for his alleged involvement in various corruption scandals, Channel 10 reported.
Olmert is suspected, among other things, of interfering in the tender for the state's controlling interest in Bank Leumi.
