Police appealed for eyewitnesses Friday to help with the investigation of a road accident that occurred the previous night in which a scooter rider was seriously injured after being hit by a car on Hayamit Road in Jaffa.
Israel Radio reported that the driver of the car and a passenger on the scooter were lightly injured in the crash.
