Small bomb explodes in Jerusalem neighborhood

A small bomb exploded Tuesday on a Jerusalem street, police said. There were no injuries reported in the early evening blast in the northern Jerusalem neighborhood of Ramot, but a small crater was caused in the road as a result of the explosion. The motive for the incident was under investigation.
