The state requested on Sunday that the removal of illegal West Bank outposts be postponed once again, Israel Radio reported.
The State Attorney's Office presented the request to the High Court of Justice, asking that Defense Minister Ehud Barak be given an additional 90 days to examine the plan for the outpost removal proposed by his predecessor, Amir Peretz.
The request was presented during a discussion of a petition by rights group Peace Now regarding the evacuation of the Mikron outpost.
