The teacher strike that has brought classes to a halt throughout the country since it began last month will resume on Thursday, after schools were set to open as usual Wednesday, it was announced on Tuesday.
University students and teachers, meanwhile, will continue their strike on Wednesday in protest of the Shochat Committee reforms.
