University lecturers and students announced on Wednesday that classes will be suspended at all Israeli universities for one hour next Tuesday to protest the establishment of a committee for reforms in higher learning.
The academic protesters have called the committee's makeup "unbalanced" and claimed it could lead to a rise in tuition.
