Klil buys majority of Petach W&D

The acquisition will allow Klil to expand its activities in the premium and luxury market in Israel, which has an estimated yearly market value of NIS 150m.

Klil recently acquired 51% of Netanya-based Petach Windows & Doors for NIS 14 million, the companies said in a press release.

Petach W&D manufactures premium and luxury windows and shading products. It also has the exclusive franchise to distribute luxury systems made by New York-based Panorama Windows, Ltd.
