Second office tower to rise near park

The seven-story tower will be located opposite Ra'anana's park and will take one year to build.

Work is expected to begin this month on a second office tower in the Gamla project opposite Ra'anana's park, reports Yediot Hasharon. The seven-story tower, which will cost $6 million and take one year to build, will contain 6,500 square meters of office space. According to the report, the second tower will be a copy of the first tower, which was completed one year ago and now houses banks, high-tech companies, book stores, coffee shops and restaurants. The report said the second tower may end up containing a business hotel to be used by high-tech companies and visitors to the neighboring Beit Loewenstein rehabilitation hospital.
