Gunmen killed four security guards outside of a Sunni mosque in western Baghdad during a drive-by shooting Thursday, police said.
The slaying occurred at 9 a.m. outside the al-Rahman mosque in the Mansour district of western Baghdad, said Iraqi police 1st Lt. Maitham Abduz Razaq.
Elsewhere in Baghdad, two explosions shook the neighborhood of Karradah, a mixed Shi'ite- Christian neighborhood on the east side of the Tigris river.
