A suicide bomber blew up his explosives-laden truck Thursday morning outside a police station in Rabia, near Iraq's border with Syria, killing at least three policemen and wounding four others, an Iraqi army spokesman said.
The building was completely destroyed in the 9 a.m. blast, said Capt. Mohammed Ahmed of the army's Third Division.
Rabia is 90 kilometers (50 miles) west of Mosul and about five kilometers (three miles) from Syria.
