The Habas Group Ltd. has bought two office buildings in Switzerland for an estimated NIS 46m., the company said Sunday.
The buildings, one in the city of Aarau and one in Kloten, have a combined 2,700 square meters and have tenants including Kenderis and KPMG. The rental contracts range from three to 15 years and Habas expects to earn NIS 2.7m. annually in rent.
