Redlands resident Garrett Bailey Stater was charged with terrorizing and making terrorist threats in connection to the December 12 incident in which he fired several airsoft rounds from his vehicle.

The operation was part of a large-scale plan formulated as a strategic response to strengthen sovereignty and deepen governance in the areas surrounding Jerusalem.

A 23-year-old man was arrested for allegedly assaulting patients at Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital. Authorities are investigating possible additional victims.
