Kadian Noble is one of over 70 women, mostly young actresses and other women in the movie industry, who have accused Weinstein of sexual misconduct, including rape, in incidents dating back decades.

The new charges include predatory sexual assault and involve a third woman in addition to the two mentioned in the earlier charges.

If convicted on the most serious charges, Weinstein could face between five and 25 years in prison.

Weinstein is expected to be charged with raping one woman and forcing another to perform oral sex on him, the New York Times reported, citing unidentified law enforcement officials.

Weinstein's impending arrest follows a months-long investigation into the former Hollywood movie mogul.

Georgina Chapman says she was shocked and humiliated when she heard the news.

The board had "no choice but to pursue its only viable option to maximize the Company's remaining value: an orderly bankruptcy process."

The lawsuit laid out lurid details of Weinstein's company rife with "abuse and intimidation."

Thurman became the latest of more than 70 women who have accused 65-year-old Weinstein of sexual misconduct, including rape.

"Few of the messages we received are unique to Jews or Judaism. But just as we take credit as a community for the ways Jews and Judaism do good in the world, we need to own the ways we fall short."
