Court sentences driver in Rafael Edna hit-and-run case to one year in prison, bans her from driving

At the defense’s request, the court delayed the start of Pesler’s prison sentence until April 15 to give her time to appeal. She is required to report to Neve Tirza Prison by 9 a.m. that day.
