The Mifal Hapayis Arts and Culture Council is soliciting proposals from the artistic community to decide where funding will be awarded for innovative cultural projects that have so far remained under the budget radar. Applicants are invited to submit a one-page proposal that clearly defines both the problems requiring solutions and how the council can best solve them. The deadline is August 31.
