The legendary Morrissey is headed to Israel this summer, but fans will only have one opportunity to see the British singer perform here. Only July 29 Morrissey will take the stage at a yet-to-be determined location in Tel Aviv as part of his Greatest Hits Tour.
Born Steven Patrick Morrissey, the singer hails from Manchester and rose to prominence in the 1980s as the lead singer of The Smiths. Since he went solo in 1988, he's topped the charts in the UK ten times.
Morrissey is currently finishing his latest album which is due to be released in 2009. Tickets to the show can be purchased through Castel by dialing *5000 or 03-604-5000.
