For adults, Osem has come up with clear syrups, called Asis Clear suitable for the preparation of a drink that is more like the now-popular flavored water. Asis Clear is available in peach, forest fruit and passion fruit flavors. A one-liter bottle is NIS 14. The price for 500 gr. is NIS 6.50. Dr. Lek has very yummy ice cream and sherbet, and the new flavors for this summer are guava-banana sherbet, diet French vanilla and diet Belgian chocolate, containing 2 percent fat. The ice cream is not cheap, but worth the splurge; half a kilo is NIS 33.90, and one scoop is NIS 9. Karmit now has spaghetti-shaped marshmallows, which are purple and green marshmallow strings. Kids can have fun with these sweets, which contain only natural food colorings. A 100-gr. bag is NIS 5.
