Thirteen people were questioned on Friday evening in connection with the shooting incident which occurred earlier that same day in the Galilee village of Tuba.
Two women were wounded in the incident - one of them critically - after gunfire erupted in a quarrel between two local families.
Five of the suspects were arrested. Police will seek to extend their remand at the Nazareth Magistrate's Court on Saturday night.
The remaining detained suspects were banished from Tuba for a period of five days.
