Three apartments were totally destroyed on Monday morning by a fire in the western Negev’s Moshav Shuva. No one was hurt.

The blaze started in a warehouse containing flammable materials, and spread due to the strong winds, prompting the evacuation of the entire community’s residents.

Fire fighters were finding it difficult to extinguish the blaze due to the gusty conditions.

Up in Hadera, meanwhile, a fire disrupted the train signaling system, but it was still unclear whether it would cause service delays in the North.
