Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas said that he would not negotiate if Israel ends the West Bank construction freeze, Israel Radio reported on Friday.

Abbas's statements at a meeting with Jewish-American leaders, that he is not sure he would stop negotiations if the building freeze ends, did not appear in the Arabic version of the speech, which was published in the Palestinian media.
