KABUL - Afghanistan's Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Monday that Pakistan will "bear responsibility for any consequences" if there are further clashes on their contested border.A new bout of fighting erupted on Monday between the neighbors in a border area, the latest indication of a sharp deterioration in relations between the important US allies.
