Barak, Gantz joke about female soldiers singing

Defense Minister Ehud Barak and IDF Chief of Staff Lt.-Gen. Benny Gantz took time out from their tour of the Golan Heights on Tuesday to crack jokes at the expense of female soldiers serving along the border.
The two were in the Golan to visit an exercise of the Golani Brigade’s 51st Battalion. At one point during the drill, Barak turned to Gantz and asked: “What are these female soldiers doing here?”
“They are here to sing,” Gantz replied with a smile.
