A 50-year old construction worker was seriously injured Tuesday when he fell from a building site in the town of Beit Yitzhak. Magen David Adom paramedics found the man with a severe head injury and evacuated him to the Rabin Medical Center-Beilinson Campus in Petah Tikva, where he remained unconscious and on a respirator.
