Defense Minister Naftali Bennett said on Sunday that if the current coronavirus outbreak reaches epidemic proportions, “we are ready to assume command.”
He added that this is not the case at the moment. "We are working to make sure it will not happen," he said.
He instructed the military to present him with a possible scenario in which Israel will close off all of the Palestinian Authority due to coronavirus.
