Bomb blasts in Iraqi capital Baghdad kill 35 people

BAGHDAD - A series of bombs targeting busy markets and commercial areas in the Iraqi capital killed at least 35 people on Tuesday, police and medics said.
There were nine explosions in total, the deadliest of which took place in the mainly Shi'ite Muslim Shaab district of northern Baghdad, where twin car bombs killed eight people.
