The Tel Aviv Labor Court on Sunday ordered a nursing company to pay NIS 123,000 in compensation to a worker who was fired after her employers discovered she had fallen pregnant.



In the verdict, the judges wrote that even though the woman had only been employed for one month before being fired, the reason she lost her job was unjustified.
