Attorney-General Yehuda Weinstein plans on making a final decision by the end of February whether to prosecute Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman, top assistant attorney-general Raz Nazri announced Thursday.

In the announcement, it was noted that the decision has been delayed for a long time by the Justice Ministry. Former attorney-general Menachem Mazuz wanted to make a decision on whether to prosecute the case by the end of his term last year, but ultimately it was left to Weinstein.
