Dozens of environmental activists protested plans to build a gas plant on the Carmel coast line on Tuesday.

The activists demonstrated in Ramat Gan, where a meeting on the gas plant was being held held at the City Tower. Ten activists infiltrated the meeting, caused a commotion and threw a red smoke grenade.

Two were arrested, and no one was hurt in the incident.
