Fire breaks out in public restrooms near Damascus Gate

Four firefighting crews responded to a fire at Damascus Gate of Jerusalem's Old City late Saturday night. According to police, the fire started in the public bathrooms next to the gate and spread to a number of adjoining stores. The fire produced heavy smoke and damage to the stores but no one was injured. Police opened an investigation into the fire.
