The Elysee Palace said in a statement Sunday that French President Nicolas Sarkozy has felt unwell while exercising and was being examined by a doctor. The statement said that Sarkozy "felt faint" Sunday while he was doing sports and that his personal doctor immediately took charge of him. The statement says that the president is currently undergoing tests. No other details were available, and Elysee officials would not comment on the telephone.
