The funeral for lone IDF soldier Sgt. Sholomo Rindenow, who was killed in a grenade explosion Sunday in the Golan Heights, was scheduled to take place at 4 p.m. Monday at the Yesodot cemetery.

The funeral procession from the New Jersery native who made aliya is expected to leave the synagogue on the central moshav at 3 p.m. ahead of the ceremony.
