Human error likely cause a plane crash in Modi'in that killed the pilot and passenger, Army Radio reported Saturday.

While the Transportation Ministry has said from initial investigations that human error may have caused the crash, it added that the probe is ongoing, and that the exact circumstances can not be determined until the termination of the investigation.

In related news, the brother of passenger Shimshon Rosen, a father of three from Timorim, has requested help in informing Rosen's son of his father's passing.

According to Hagi Rosen, his nephew, who is traveling in New Zealand, is still unaware of Shimshon's death.
