IDF soldier collapses and dies during physical training activity

A 19-year-old soldier from the Givati infantry brigade collapsed and died during a physical training activity at the brigade's training bases. The IDF named the soldier as Pvt. Yehuda Sawisa, from Bet Uziel. His family had been notified, the military said.
Brig.-Gen. Nadav Padan, commander of Division 162, ordered all physical activities in the division's units to stop until the completion of an initial investigation.
