IDF to impose closure on West Bank during Yom Kippur

The IDF announced on Thursday that following a security assessment it has decided to impose a closure on the West Bank during the Yom Kippur holiday.

The closure will begin on Thursday at one minute to midnight and will last until 11:59 on Saturday night.

During the closure movement across the border will be allowed for exceptional humanitarian and medical purposes only, subject to the discretion of the civil administration.
