Iraq's Maliki in Iran ahead of Baghdad nuke talks

Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki arrived in Tehran for an official visit on Sunday, according to Iranian state news agency IRNA.

The meeting comes ahead of a second round of nuclear negotiations between Iran and the West, slated to take place in Baghdad on May 23.

Iranian Energy Minister Majid Namjoo met Maliki at the airport. According to IRNA, trade relations between the two coutnries increased fifty percent last year alone.
