Israel Lands Authority chief Yaron Bibi on Wednesday announced to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu that he is resigning from his position.

Bibi said that his decision to resign stems from the fact that conditions have been created lately which make it impossible for him to advance a planned reform to the ILA with Housing Minister Ariel Attias.
