Jack Teitel, who is in prison for murder and other charges, appealed to the Petah Tikva District Court on Tuesday to be allowed conjugal visits with his wife.
Teitel's lawyer Adi Keidar said that his client was denied conjugal vists for security reasons.
Teitel, nicknamed the "Jewish terrorist" by the press, is accused of a murderous lone-wolf campaign of violence targeting Palestinians, left-wing Israelis, police and Christians that claimed the lives of two Palestinians.
