The Jerusalem Magistrate Court on Thursday ordered the state to return
the four-story Hebron structure Beit Hashalom to its Jewish owners,
after rejecting Palestinian claims to the home.
In 2008, the High
Court of Justice ruled in favor of the government's decision to
evacuate the site and on December 3, Israeli police expelled settlers
from their home.
