A participant in the Jerusalem Day Flag March received a light head injury from a stone thrown at him near Rockefeller Junction in the capital on Wednesday. Two Arab stone-throwers were arrested for involvement in the incident.The injured marcher was evacuated to the hospital.

A number of marchers clashed with local residents as the procession passed through the area on the way to the Western Wall. A tourist was arrested for attacking marchers as they were passing by.
