After three tense hours, police on Tuesday evening removed all the roadblocks at the entrance to Jerusalem, which had been set up in fear that an IDF soldier had been kidnapped. A man told police that he had seen a soldier who seemed to be calling for help from within a passing car. The road blocks, set up at the start of the evening rush-hour, caused major traffic jams in the capital.
