Kahlon: Court ruling helps cellphone firms, hurts public

Communications Minister Moshe Kahlon criticized the High Court's decision Tuesday in favor of Israeli cellphone companies' petitions to prevent his ministry from drastically reducing cellphone rates during an interview with Israel Radio on Wednesday.
This isn't a ruling against the communications ministry, Kahlon told Israel Radio, but against the entire public.
Nevertheless, Kahlon promised listeners he would continue to wage battle with the cellphone companies and their owners for the public benefit.
