Knesset Speaker Edelstein calls for discussion regarding "miniskirts crisis"

Knesset Speaker Yuli Edelstein met with a group of Knesset members Wednesday afternoon to discuss the "miniskirt crisis" that ensued after cabinet aides were prohibited to enter the Knesset because they were wearing short skirts.

Several aides camped outside the Knesset on Wednesday to demonstrate against the matter earlier on Wednesday.

Among the Knesset members who participated in the meeting were MK Merav Michaeli (Zionist Union), MK Ilan Gilon (Meretz), MK Manuel Trajtenberg (Zionist Union), MK Rachel Azaria (Kulano) and others.
