Liberman: The best defense against Gaza rockets is attack

Foreign Minister Avigdor Liberman asserted on Wednesday that the best defense against the Gazan rockets fired at the South of Israel is IDF attacks in the Strip.

Speaking to students at the Ariel University Center, Liberman said the government will not continue to tolerate the rocket attacks.

Liberman also slammed the international community, saying it cannot be trusted to help Israel if violence breaks out. "Anyone who trusts the international community should look at its failure to stop 22 months of Syrian violence, with 40,000 dead," the foreign minister added.
