Libyan Embassy in Malaysia condemns 'massacre'

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia — The Libyan Embassy in Malaysia on Tuesday distanced itself from Muammar Gaddafi's regime, and has condemned the "barbaric" killing of civilians protesting against him.

An embassy statement said it will "stand with our Libyan nationals."

It said, "We strongly condemn the barbaric, criminal massacre ... of our innocent civilians."
