Hatnua Chairman Tzipi Livni said Netanyahu was behaving irresponsibly and out of internal political motivations, after Russia said that Israel should rule out its practice of striking Syria.

"The results of Netanyahu's callous political-security policy," Livni said, adding that "He breaks the policy of ambiguity for personal political reasons and restricts the IDF in the battle in the north."

Livni said that her party would behave "responsibly in security and political issues."
