Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's 2009 Bar-Ilan speech was "a tactical speech for the world," Likud MK Tzipi Hotovely said on Monday at a panel at Efrata Academic College.
In the 2009 speech, Netanyahu accepted the two-state solution to the Palestinian conflict after campaigning on a platform of "economic peace."
Hotovely added that the Likud's party platform does not support the formation of a Palestinian state.
