Shay Arbiv, 25, was arrested in a police raid in Tel Aviv on Thursday on suspicion of forcing at least nine teenage girls into sado-masochistic prostitution by threatening them..

The suspect allegedly advertised the “services” over the Internet and on business cards. The brothel was said to have been run at an apartment he owned for about a year. The girls were wards at institutions for youth at risk who had escaped, and Arbiv
allegedly threatened to send them back.
