An 81-year-old man who was driving in the opposite direction of traffic on the coastal highway dies after a head-on-collision early Tuesday morning. A police officer and a municipal security officer who were driving in the other vehicle involved in the accident were evacuated in moderate condition to Hillel Yaffe Medical Center in Hadera.
